How to assign a template?

To assign a template to a task:

  1. Go to the tasks page.
  2. Find the task you want to assign a template.
  3. Under the action column, click the gear icon. A dropdown menu will appear.
  4. Select edit. A window will appear.
  5. Under the template section of the said window, select a new template.
  6. Click save changes and you're done!

Alternately:

  1. Under the Template column, click the template name.
  2. A template selection window will appear.
  3. Select a template, click save changes, and you're done!

To assign a template to multiple tasks at once:

  1. Go to the tasks page.
  2. Select the tasks you want to assign a template through the checkboxes.
  3. The action dropdown will appear before the search bar in the upper left area of the page.
  4. Select the change template option from the dropdown.
  5. The template selection window will appear.
  6. Select a template, click save changes, and you're done!

To assign a template to an assignment:

  1. Go to the assignments page.
  2. Find the assignment you want to assign a template.
  3. Under the action column of that item, click the gear icon. A dropdown menu will appear.
  4. Select the change template option. A window will appear.
  5. Select a new template, then click the change template button to save your changes.

Alternately:

  1. Click the name of the currently assigned template under an assignment.
  2. This will bring out the template selection window.
  3. Select a new template and save it.

To assign a template to multiple assignments at once:

  1. Go to the assignments page.
  2. Select the assignments you want to assign a template through the checkboxes.
  3. The action dropdown will appear before the search bar in the upper left area of the page.
  4. Select the change template option from the dropdown.
  5. The template selection window will appear.
  6. Select a template, click save changes, and you're done!
