Approval stages are configurable per project: name each status, assign the roles allowed to review it, set an automatic due date after entry, and lock a status read-only once reached. Rejecting an item requires a reason and lets the reviewer choose which earlier status to send it back to; that reason is emailed and lands in the in-app mailbox.

Multiple people can work on the same page at the same time with live co-editing. Every addition and deletion is highlighted, color-coded per author, with a hover tooltip showing who made the change and when. Reviewers can accept or reject changes one at a time or all at once. Comments attach at five levels: the whole item, a specific field, inline on selected text, on an attached file, or pinned to a point on an image, with `@` mentions and threaded replies.

Four version types are kept automatically: a Current version updated on every change, a manual snapshot whenever you save one, one on every status change, and one on every WordPress push or sync. Versions can be compared with a slider, a compare-any-two mode, or a side-by-side split view, and restoring a version creates a new backup version rather than overwriting anything.

Links carry four access levels: view only with no login, comment as a registered guest, edit as a registered guest, or disabled. An optional "Allow content approval" setting adds an Approve button for guests, recorded and shown in the workflow widget. Guest accounts do not consume a paid seat on any plan.
