No, you don't need a credit card to start a free trial. You get full access to EasyContent for 14 days. After your free trial you can then select a plan to continue using your account. If you need more time, you can extend the trial by contacting us via the chat in the bottom right corner or email at business@easycontent.io.

Yes. For every charge, an invoice will be sent to the email used to register your account. You can manage your billing and account information inside the platform.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time. Upgrade action will take effect immediately, while downgrade and cancellation actions become effective at the end of the current billing period.

You will see a message that your plan limits have been exceeded. Upgrading is as simple as clicking the new plan you want inside the app. Downgrading is just as simple.

For the Enterprise plan we offer help with setting up the account and also a free onboarding session for your team.

You can cancel at any time inside the application from the settings panel. You will retain access to your data until the end of your subscription period.
