Account Settings
The account settings are only accessible to account owners. This page allows users to customize billing information, account details, theme settings, and more.
To access it, click on your avatar and click on account settings.
You can view your current plan details, invoices, payment methods, and more on the page.

Theme Customization
If you are on the premium plan, you unlock the ability to customize EasyContent's theme.
Logo
You can change the EasyContent logo to display your Company or Team's logo instead. Use PNG or SVG format with recommended dimensions of 300x40 pixels. Any larger than that and it can cause scaling issues.
This logo will also be used in email notifications, such as missed deadlines, new comments, new messages, etc.
Menu Color
This lets you change the menu bar's background color. You can change it to match your Company or Team's primary color.
Email Notifications and Sender Name
You can customize the "from" field of email notifications to use your Company or Team name. So instead of "from EasyContent", it will become "from YourCompany" instead.
Account Information
The account information section displays the following details:
- Your account name (which is used in your account's URL)
- Account owner - displays the name and email address of the current account owner
You can request to have your account name changed by contacting us at support@easycontent.io. Note that this will also change your account's URL (accountname.easycontent.io).
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription, click the "cancel subscription" button. You will still have access to your account until the end of the billing period.
Deleting Your Account
If you no longer need your account, you can delete it by clicking the "permanently delete account" button. Please note that using this will delete all information related to your account from our servers and we won't be able to help you recover it.
