How to claim a brief?

To claim a brief, go to the Briefs & Ideas page. From there, find the brief you want to work on, then click Claim.

After claiming a brief, it will be moved to the Content page. From there, you can click its name to start working on it.

If you can't find the brief you want to work on, make sure you're in the right project. You can see what project you're currently in by checking out the project selection dropdown in the left sidebar.

If you can't claim a brief or the claim button is missing, you may not have the right role or permission to do so. Ask your account admin or project manager about this.
