A single Word document couldn’t keep up
Before adopting EasyContent, Zizzo Group managed website content reviews using a large Word document stored in OneDrive.
As website projects grew in scope, managing content within a single document became increasingly difficult. The team needed a better way to organize content, manage feedback, and keep review cycles moving efficiently.
Because the review process relied on a shared document, version control was an issue. Clients might make edits offline or end up working from an older version of the document, which often created confusion during reviews.
